Returns
• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
• Non-returnable items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to a Hello Human error
• Items listed as final sale
Process
1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact me below or by emailing contact@hello-human.co and provide your order number and reason for the return.
2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error with Hello Human, (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds: Once your order is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-2 business days.
4. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please contact me below, or by emailing contact@hello-human.co. Only defective or damaged items will be replaced, and will be up to the discretion of Hello Human.
5. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me below or by emailing contact@hello-human.co.
